What happens when someone is detected?
An automated alert reaches our team within 30 seconds. Within 3 minutes a human operator checks it against your site rules and, if the person shouldn't be there, plays a recorded voice warning through the camera with the siren and spotlights. If they stay, we call your team, then police if your team doesn't answer in the time you set. In an emergency we call 911 right away.
How do you tell a worker from an intruder?
From your site rules. At setup we record your working hours, who's allowed on site after hours, deliveries, and off-limits areas, so a crew member or a delivery is never treated like a break-in.
Do I have to install anything?
No. We install and maintain a leased camera, and you never buy hardware. Each camera needs a powered outlet and an internet connection, which we check at the site assessment.
