The property walk sets how many cameras the site needs, the vehicle route or flight areas, checks power and internet, and agrees your monitoring hours before a firm monthly price is written. Most camera sites need at least three cameras, which starts at $1,400/mo, still a fraction of one guard.
What costs extra?
Added cameras start at $250/mo, monitoring included. A daily window longer than 8 hours is priced after the site walk. Backup power is an optional add-on, and Starlink is set up where a site has no internet. There's no per-call fee, and no charge for alerts, warnings, or calls.
Is there a free trial or a minimum term?
Every contract starts with a 30-day free trial. After that there's no fixed minimum: it's month to month with one month's notice. The equipment is leased, so there's no hardware to buy and nothing to sell off at the end.
