These terms govern your use of the 911 Sentinel website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it.

Website use
You may use the site for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit misleading information, or use automated means in a way that disrupts the site or bypasses its protections.
Services and estimates
Site content is general information, not a commitment to provide a particular service or result. Availability, pricing, scope, and other service terms are subject to assessment and the applicable written client agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms regarding the services, the agreement controls. Requesting an assessment does not establish a service relationship.
The site is not an emergency reporting service. In an emergency, call 911.
Site content and third-party links
911 Sentinel and its licensors retain rights in the site and its content. You may view and share links to the site for lawful purposes; other use of our content requires permission where applicable. Third-party sites are independently operated, and their content and practices are their responsibility.
Information and liability
We work to keep site information useful, but it may be incomplete, outdated, or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available without warranties, and 911 Sentinel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability or rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, or changes the terms of a signed client agreement.
Changes and governing law
We may update the site and these terms. Updated terms apply to site use after they are posted. Washington law governs these terms, subject to applicable law.
